Colin J Ireland

Colin is the Head of the Sales Execution and Institutional Strategy Group within the Global SPDR Business of State Street Global Advisors. The Sales Execution Team delivers ETF trading expertise to clients and promotes the use of ETFs in the derivative and broker dealer trading community. The Institutional Strategy Team provides in-depth ETF product expertise and due diligence support for key account relationships. In addition, Colin publishes thought leadership content related to the ETF industry.

Before joining State Street, Colin worked in sales and trading at BGC Partners and Guggenheim Securities. Prior to that, Colin held various roles in ETF and equity derivative sales and strategy at UBS.

Colin holds an M.B.A. from St. John's University, a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
