Alvin Lau

Alvin is a Vice President of State Street Global Advisors and a Senior Equity Research Analyst on the Fundamental Growth and Core Equity team. He is responsible for Emerging Markets within the North Asia region (primarily Taiwan, Korea and China).

Alvin joined State Street Global Advisors in July 2016 through its acquisition of GE Asset Management (GEAM). He joined GEAM in 2014 as a senior analyst. Prior to joining GE, Alvin worked for AP Asset Management as an Equity Research Analyst. His prior experience includes roles with Société Générale and Nomura. Alvin has a BS in Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
