Jeanne LaPorta

Jeanne is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Funds Management at State Street Global Advisors, the fourth largest asset manager in the world. In this capacity, Jeanne is responsible for the oversight of all our global funds — including management of Fund Board relations, fund administration and tax services, support of product and distribution objectives, oversight of service providers, and management of fund expenses.
Prior to returning to State Street Global Advisors, Jeanne was a founding partner and Chief Administrative Officer of a FinTech Company Asset Manager. Jeanne initially joined State Street Global Advisors in 2016 through the acquisition of GE Asset Management and in her last role served as SPDR ETF Chief Operating Officer until 2021. Before that, she was with GE Asset Management for 19 years in a variety of legal, operational, and leadership roles.
Jeanne completed her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University, before going on to earn her JD and MBA from Fordham University.
