Daniel D Parker

Dan Parker is a Senior Business Development Manager at State Street Global Advisors in the Investment Solutions Group (ISG) in the firm's Boston office. He is responsible for managing relationships within SSGA's existing client base as well as driving new business in the U.S. for the Charitable Asset Management Group.
Previously, Dan was a Client Implementation Officer in the Charitable Asset Management Group and was responsible for the coordination, onboarding, and transitioning of all client activity. He worked closely with the operations, relationship management, tax, vendors, consultants, and portfolio management teams.
Dan joined the Charitable Asset Management Group in 2014 from his position as an Analyst within State Street Global Advisors Client Advocacy team. Previously, Dan was a Senior New Business Associate in the Client Conversion team where he was responsible for installing new business for defined contribution and defined benefits clients and also has held various positions in the Shareholder Services team. Dan has been working with non-profit organizations for 24 years.
Within ISG, Dan leads the Employee Engagement Group. Dan is also an active member of the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York and serves as treasurer of the Planned Giving Group of New England.
He began his career at State Street Global Advisors in 2001 moving over from State Street Bank & Trust where he was a Fund Accountant. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and the Investment Foundation® Certificate by the CFA Institute.
