        Sharon is a Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors and the Head of the Fixed Income Trading Team, EMEA. The Fixed Income Trading Team is responsible for Trading all Fixed Income products, ranging from Government and Investment Grade Credit Bonds to Convertible and Emerging Market Bonds and Derivative Products.

        Sharon began her career in Investment Management in 1986 as an Investment Portfolio Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston, London. In 1994, she joined the Fixed Income Trading Desk at Credit Suisse Asset Management where she Traded all Fixed Income Products, including Foreign Exchange. Her primary responsibility was for monitoring and trading Scandinavian and Emerging Bond Markets. In 2000, Sharon joined Gartmore Investment Management as a Senior Fixed income Trader, with primary focus on Stg Investment Grade Credit along with FX and all other FI Products.

        Sharon has led the Fixed Income Trading Team at SSGA since 2004, developing the team from 2 to 5 dedicated Fixed Income Traders. In addition to Trade Execution and oversight, Sharon is a member of the Investment Association Fixed Income Traders Committee and other relevant industry forums where she actively participates in Industry Wide market structure and regulatory discussions and initiatives.
