        Aditya is a Senior Assiciate in the Investment Strategy & Research team at State Street Global Advisors. He is responsible for developing thought leadership and executing custom projects for clients across EMEA in the fields of asset allocation and portfolio construction, as well as working with global portfolio managers and strategists to develop multi-asset investment solutions.
        Aditya joined from Goldman Sachs, where he was part of EMEA Lead Portfolio Management Team under the insurance strategy which was responsible for managing multi-sector fixed income portfolios for European and Asian insurers.
        Before joining Goldman Sachs, Aditya worked as a rates analyst at propreitary trading firm where he was responsible for providing reearch coverage for the European and US rates markets. 
        Aditya has an Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University, and a B.Com (First class with distinction) degree from Gujarat University. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He is also qualified Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
