Sue Thompson, Executive Vice President and Head of SPDR Americas Distribution was named to the 2022 Baron’s 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance. The list seeks to honor women who are helping to shape the modern financial-services industry and leading it confidently into the future.

At the 2022 CIO Industry Innovation Awards, the OCIO and Emerging Markets Equity teams were finalists in their categories at CIO Magazine’s Industry Innovation Awards. More than 300 nominations were received and from that list, the editors and their advisory board of chief investment officers chose the “people and firms that are changing our industry for the better” as finalists.

In 2022, our Interactive Glidepath Tool, developed in partnership with Living Group, was recognized as the best use of data at the 2022 Corporate Content Awards, Europe. The award seeks to recognize excellence across corporate communications.

Our Firm’s Interactive Glidepath Tool was awarded twice at the 2022 DataComms Awards. The DataComms award recognises and highlights data use by corporate communications across various categories such as, measurement, evaluation, and communications strategies.

Our Pre-boarding program – an online tool that provides an introduction to the company, its culture and values, prior to newly hired employees’ first day at work – was awarded the bronze medal at the LPI 21st Annual Learning Awards in London.
