How to Invest in Managed Funds

If your institution is a new investor with us, please complete and sign the Initial Application Form. In section 1 (Investor Type) of the form, you’ll see which Client Identification form(s) you need to complete.* 

New investors are required to provide certified copies of identification documents with the application.

Please note: Only suitable for distribution to retail investors who have received personal advice. Direct investment is available to wholesale investors only.

*We may also require further information from you from time to time to comply with our obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act) (including information about a holder of units in a fund, any beneficial interest in the securities, or the source of funds used to invest).

Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act) we are obliged to collect and verify the identity of our customers which we do via the Customer Identification forms below. Full instructions on how to complete these forms are included in the form. 

Please note: We cannot process your application until you send us the following: completed customer identification form(s), and relevant customer identification documents (e.g. certified copy of a driver’s licence).

If your institution is an existing investor and they have previously provided the required customer identification form(s), you may not need to provide additional identification unless setting up an account under a different name.

Application money is accepted via cheque or direct deposit into State Street Global Advisors’ applications account. Please note the minimum investment amount for our Funds is $25,000 and the minimum additional investment amount is $10,000. Payment instructions can be found under section 12 (Payment Instructions) of the Initial Application Form.
