        Managing Your ETF Investments

        MUFG are there to help with all administration for your ETF holdings including:

        • Updating personal details and communication preferences
        • Accessing distribution and annual tax statements
        • Updating distribution preferences

        To manage your SPDR ETF investments, register for the MUFG Investor Centre portal. It’s fast and easy to set up, and there are no additional costs involved to use your MUFG account.

        After registering, you’ll need to provide MUFG with further details including your email address, bank account details, tax file number and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) details.

        Register with MUFG

        Setting up a Portfolio Login allows you to easily manage your investments through MUFG.

        • If you don’t already have a Portfolio Login with MUFG, please register by going to the MUFG Investor Centre and selecting Register Now and following the prompts. 
        • Enter the Issuer name or code: “State Street Global Advisors” or “SPDR” for all Australian SPDR ETFs or “SPY” for the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust.
        • You will need your Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Security holder Reference Number (SRN)

        A HIN is a unique number that is issued to you by the ASX when you become a client of a broker, including an online brokerage. You can find your HIN on your contract note, welcome  letter, holding statement and other investor communications. Keep this information in a safe place.

        HINs usually starts with the letter ‘X’, while an SRN starts with the letter ‘I’ and followed by a series of numbers, e.g. X0001234567 or I412345678910.

        Then, enter the postcode of your address used with your online broker or issuer-sponsored account. If your registered address is overseas, select Outside Australia.

        Manage MUFG Account Preferences

        Add/update your personal details and set your communication preferences in the MUFG Investor Centre portal.

        We’re committed to keeping you up to date about your investments, and that’s why we need to make sure we have a current email address for you. To update your email address, please visit the MUFG Investor Centre portal to manage your communication options.

        You can choose to receive all communications from us electronically by selecting Communications, click on Preferences and select ALL communications electronically.
